Tile, Tile, and More Tile.

We just finished tiling this bedroom floor in Englewood, FL for Richard and Barbara H.

They liked the foyer design we have here at the store, so we modified it and installed it in front of the sliding glass door in their room.

And the finished shower! The following pictures were kindly supplied by Curry and Judy of Englewood, FL.

Pretty blue-gray glass and stone linear mosaic listello… marble corner shelf… grab bar… square Schluter drain… the works!

The whole shower, complete with metal Schluter profiles, glass block partial wall, and tiled ceiling.

We also did yet another tub to shower conversion–the awesome thing is that this time we got a before picture! This was tiled for Ron and Rita in North Port, FL.

Detail on the shower… this one was also Schluter, as you can see from the metal profiles. We did 2×2 tiles as accents on the top of the shower, as well as above and below the glass and stone mosaic in the listello. And, as usual, we installed another marble corner shelf. They are very handy. 🙂

This was an interesting job–we installed a unique glass brick-stack mosaic over preexisting tile using metal Schluter edge profiles around the edges.

We only tiled two pillars, but the mirror makes it look like many more… 🙂

We also tiled around the tub… here is the finished job.

…and after. Grout makes a big difference! (This is before the clean up as well.)

In the last post, we showed a picture of an unfinished floor that had ditra underlayment–well, here is the finished floor!

We also installed some beautiful wood-look tile for Pat and Keith in Rotonda, FL.

I think wood-look tile is my favorite… that and travertine.

Coming up next time… we are finishing up this upscale bathroom for Patrick, and will be posting more pictures in the next blog post.

And here’s a preview of another job we have in progress–a fireplace for Carole of North Port, FL. I think it looks pretty epic… nearly any time you have pillars and natural stone together it’s going to be grand. 🙂
