What happens at my free consultation?
Rob visits your home for a one-hour project consultation. We discuss your goals, take measurements, explore design and material options, and provide next-step pricing. Depending on the project, we may prepare a design or installation agreement during the consultation.
Can you turn my bathtub into a walk-in shower?
Yes. Tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most popular projects. We help you choose the tile, storage, glass, and accessibility features that fit your needs and budget.
How long does installation take?
Most projects are completed in 5–10 days once work begins, depending on scope and material lead times. Shower glass can extend the project timeline. We confirm schedule expectations with your plan.
How do you protect against shower leaks?
Every shower starts with proper waterproofing. We use Schluter Systems® materials and follow Tile Council of North America standard practices. Preparation, drain details, slope, and waterproofing are part of the work behind your tile.
Can I choose my own tile and materials?
Yes. Visit our Englewood showroom to compare tile, grout, glass, niches, benches, and finishes with our team. We also offer pre-designed shower options.

Do you offer financing and a warranty?
We offer 15 months with deferred interest and low-payment options, subject to credit approval. If all materials for your project are purchased through Mann Tile, we offer a lifetime warranty. Ask us to explain the terms for your project.
