I live in Rotonda West and need tile for the house.
1. Remove old tile in foyer, kitchen hallway.

3. Install tile of choice
We came across your information online for tile installation in the Englewood area. We would like to know if you would be interested in bidding the tile installation for a new house that is being built in Englewood. The job would start in about 2-3 months once the tile order has come in. The tile is 24 x 24 shellstone. We would need you to provide the mud, grout (mud set with thin grout), and labor. We would also need the floor to be floated to level (3/4” float work). All tile will be provided for you.
The total square footage is approximately 6,000 sf and this is for all areas except for the garages, which there are two. The areas with the 24 x 24 shellstone will include the back porch & steps, the Verandas, the lower level floors (such as the Lanai, Foyer, and Garage Alcove).
