We Manns are having fun getting ready for Christmas–buying gifts for each other, hiding things (it is pretty hard to keep presents secret with this many people…), wrapping gifts, decorating our very first live Christmas tree, making plans for getting together with friends and family…
And here at Mann Tile, it’s been snowing. 😀 If you ever need a paper snowflake, just ask me. I’m an expert now. 😉
We have a Christmas tree, too–complete with glass mosaic tiles hanging from it and tile under it. 😀 This is what you get when you work at a tile store for a while…
Hannah and our friend Ada (who also helped paint, if you remember) picked out this table centerpiece. Pretty, isn’t it?
There’s more that we are thinking of, too, this time of year…
The verses below really made me stop and think–and be grateful–when I read them (slowly) a few weeks ago, so I thought I’d share them with you all. It is a good reminder of what Christmas is really about. 🙂
But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. Galatians 4:4-5
