What is Mann Tile's installation per square foot price?
Because there are a lot of variables for a project, the best way to get an idea of pricing is if you visit our showroom or book a measure we can discuss your project and get you a ballpark estimate.
What other services besides Tile Installation do you supply?
We can schedule plumbing, drywall, cabinets, electrical, glass doors, painting and countertops for a management fee which will be included on your final invoice.
How long will the installation of my project take?
For Showers:
7 to 10 business days.
For Backsplashes:
2- 3 business days.
For Floors:
Depending on the square footage.
Can I buy material only at Mann Tile?
Yes! And we also have a qualified staff at our showroom who will be happy to help you with your selections.
How does it work?
- Visit our showroom and make your selections.
- Schedule a measure.
- We send you a detailed estimate.
- After we receive a 50% deposit, materials ordered and delivered.
- Installer scheduled and briefed on your project.
- Installation takes place.
- You agree with installer that work is complete and you are satisfied.
- Final Payment.
How do I start?
Send or bring in a check (or pay by Credit Card) of 50% of the total amount, made out to Mann Tile–at this point we will schedule your job.

I live in Rotonda West and need tile for the house.
1. Remove old tile in foyer, kitchen hallway.
2. Remove rug from living room, family room, bedroom
3. Install tile of choice
We came across your information online for tile installation in the Englewood area. We would like to know if you would be interested in bidding the tile installation for a new house that is being built in Englewood. The job would start in about 2-3 months once the tile order has come in. The tile is 24 x 24 shellstone. We would need you to provide the mud, grout (mud set with thin grout), and labor. We would also need the floor to be floated to level (3/4” float work). All tile will be provided for you.
The total square footage is approximately 6,000 sf and this is for all areas except for the garages, which there are two. The areas with the 24 x 24 shellstone will include the back porch & steps, the Verandas, the lower level floors (such as the Lanai, Foyer, and Garage Alcove).
